In order to promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce retail imports, the List of Cross-border e-commerce retail imports (2018 edition) will be published and implemented on January 1, 2019. After the implementation of this list, the two batches of lists appended to the announcements of 11 departments such as the Ministry of Finance on publishing the list of retail imports of cross-border e-commerce (No. 40 of 2016) and the 13 departments such as the Ministry of Finance on publishing the list of retail imports of cross-border e-commerce (No. 47 of 2016) were abolished simultaneously.
